SultanArt ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
User-uploaded videos. When you upload a video to associate with a keychain, the file is uploaded to our server and stored on Bunny CDN. The video is linked to an anonymous keychain ID, not to your personal identity. We do not collect your name, email, location, or any other personal information.
Camera and microphone. The app accesses your device camera for augmented reality features and to record AR videos. This data is processed locally on your device and never sent to our servers (except for the explicit video upload described above).
Photo library. The app accesses your photo library only when you choose a video to upload via the system picker. We do not access any other photos.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not share data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Uploaded videos are stored indefinitely so the AR keychain feature continues to work. You can request deletion of your video by emailing us with the keychain ID.
